About Masala Making Machine
The system utilizes a high-speed rotor within a heavy-duty MS body to pulverize raw materials. The real efficiency, however, lies in the Cyclone Separator and Rotary Air Lock (RAL). As the spices are ground, an integrated blower pulls the powder through the system. The cyclone uses centrifugal force to separate the fine powder from the air, allowing the spice to spiral down into the collection bin while the air is filtered out.In a 10 HP system, the airflow is powerful. Without an Air Lock valve, the ground masala would blow out of the collection point, creating a dusty environment and significant product waste. The Air Lock acts as a "revolving door," allowing the spice powder to discharge into your bags or containers while preventing the pressurized air from escaping. This ensures a high recovery rate of your product and keeps your processing area clean.
