The Cyclone Masala Grinder is a heavy-duty industrial pulverizer engineered for high-efficiency, continuous spice processing, boasting a robust production capacity of 70 to 80 kg per hour. Constructed with a reinforced Mild Steel (MS) body, this machine is built to endure the high-vibration environment of spice milling while maintaining structural integrity. The core of its efficiency lies in the integrated cyclone and air lock system: as spices are pulverized, a powerful blower transports the powder into the cyclone, where centrifugal force separates the material from the air. The Rotary Air Lock valve then facilitates a smooth, continuous discharge of the masala into bags without allowing air to escape, ensuring a 100% dust-free operation. This airflow not only keeps the workspace clean but also serves as a cooling mechanism, protecting the spices' natural oils and vibrant colors from heat degradation during the high-speed grinding process.
