Constructed with a robust, vibration-resistant frame, this machine utilizes a powerful 10 HP high-torque motor to pulverize even the hardest raw spicessuch as turmeric fingers, dried ginger, and black pepperinto a fine, uniform powder in a single pass. The system is uniquely integrated with a High-Efficiency Cyclone Separator and a Motorized Rotary Air Lock (RAL), which work in tandem to create a sophisticated pneumatic collection environment. This advanced setup uses centrifugal force to separate the fine masala from the air stream, while the air lock acts as a pressure seal to discharge the finished product into bags without allowing dust to escape, ensuring a 100% product recovery rate and a clean, hazard-free workspace.

Precision Pulverization
