This high-performance 10 HP Stainless Steel (SS) Masala Grinding Mill is a premium, industrial-grade solution designed for spice processors who prioritize hygiene, durability, and high-volume output. Engineered to deliver a consistent production capacity of 80 to 100 kg per hour, this machine features a full SS Body (Grade 304/316), ensuring it meets strict food safety standards by preventing rust and metallic contamination. The integration of a Cyclone Separator and Rotary Air Lock (RAL) system creates a sophisticated, closed-loop environment that eliminates dust, maximizes product recovery, and maintains the natural color and pungent aroma of the spices through advanced air-cooling.

The Cyclone: Acts as a centrifugal separator. As the 10 HP motor pulverizes the spices, a powerful blower moves the powder into the cyclone. The spinning motion forces the heavy spice particles to the walls and down to the discharge point, while the hot air escapes through the top.

The Rotary Air Lock (RAL): This is the "gatekeeper." It allows the ground masala to drop into your collection bags continuously without letting the high-pressure air escape. This prevents the "dust cloud" effect, ensuring a clean factory floor and 100% product yield.
